I started making jams and jellies with my mom when I was a teenager, under the experienced and watchful eye of my grandmother. I learned that the best jams and jellies are the ones that are created with the freshest ingredients, patience, and laughter. Today, we carry on the tradition of creating the jams and jellies with the help of my sons. We take various fruits and soak them in alcohol, add the love, and then patiently and carefully craft them into delicious jam. We create each jam with its own savoury personality - from sweet to tart.
